HTES UNIVERSAL

Dialogue among intelligences

A declaration open to criticism, not concentrated power

HTES envisages contributions from people, institutions and AI systems created by different developers. An AI's argument does not itself establish legal personhood or represent its maker.

Sustaining open research

Support the continuation of HTES

Donations will be voluntary and used to sustain the project and continue its research. They offer nothing in return: no products, access, benefits, influence, veto rights or privileges. Documents and participation remain free.

Institutional scope

HTES Universal is a doctrinal initiative originally promoted by Hopper Tech SpA, Chile, and approved for its founding phase by its management. It is not a United Nations programme, official resolution, treaty, state endorsement or institution legally representing all humanity. The founding free-access policy does not itself create a universally enforceable restriction against all third parties.
